A day with children

Águilas has more than thirty beaches and coves, several with blue flags, sand and a gentle slope into the water: Levante and El Hornillo are the easiest with a pushchair and with children who are not strong swimmers yet.

The easier snorkelling trails work well for a mid-morning, with mask and snorkel straight from the shore. And if the weather turns, the town museums are small and done in a while: the Carnival museum, the Railway museum and the Archaeological museum with its marine interpretation centre.
